Hey fellas I’m here in Portland as well. I coached with Westside Timbers for a few years and am now hustling to build my own vision. From my exposure to the “powers that be” here in Oregon there will be no significant progress made from within the system.  If we all want to do our best possible work, we’re going to have to create something completely outside of the status quo and let the incumbents fight for our table scraps.
